🟣 / 07 We hope these updates will provide more flexibility and simplicity to our commission process in careful consideration for all the kind client feedback we have received. For any concerns and suggestions for future improvement, our email is always welcome to inquiries!

030

aeru studio @aeru.studio · 30/06/2026

🟣 / 06 This means the deposit secures your slot in our queue and will be deducted from your final invoice. Example: For a $1000 project fee, you will deposit a 10% waitlist fee ($100) to secure your slot, leaving the remaining balance due at $900.

120

aeru studio @aeru.studio · 30/06/2026

🟣 / 05 【 Restructured Waitlist Fee 】 To simplify our booking process and make our pricing clearer for clients, our waitlist fee will now be structured as a 10% deposit that goes toward the total project fee.

120

aeru studio @aeru.studio · 30/06/2026

🟣 / 04 Please note that requests are still subject to member availability, which may vary throughout the month depending on demand. At the end of each month, the available member roster will be refreshed for the following month.

120

aeru studio @aeru.studio · 30/06/2026

🟣 / 03 Requests will be reviewed weekly, and responses will typically be sent by the end of each week. All submissions will receive a response from us via email.

120

aeru studio @aeru.studio · 30/06/2026

🟣 / 02 Instead of opening submission for one week each month, commission requests will now be accepted on a rolling basis throughout the entire month. This will give clients more flexibility and time to prepare and submit their requests.

120

aeru studio @aeru.studio · 30/06/2026

🟣 / 01 【 Extended Commission Opening 】 As a trial for the next few months, and as a potential permanent update, aeru studio will be moving to an extended commission submission cycle.
