Played against Hawaiian in the zones X rotation. His bow is insane, literally feels like certain sections of the map are unavailable at times. When I got him on my team for a few games I hit a new peak. This guy is cracked

People don’t like to change their division estimate of themselves to a lower division. Changing the estimate to be lower feels like admitting you are a bad player. The original, inflated, estimate is then left to sit on a profile until the player reaches or surpasses it.

rant back open for additional thought Luti divs are still relevant if you include the season and team you played with. They should not be completely removed from the skill discussion, but they should 100% not be the focus.

that matched both my availability and what I was looking for skill-wise. Teams should give an XP range and then manually go over results (if they want) to see team based performances. This eliminates the need for players to estimate a division that can vary in skill between seasons and opens up-

Unfortunantly so many teams have “must be div #” that people feel like they have to estimate their division instead of going off of X/actual results. I was lucky enough to get a tryout by having a captain reach out to me based on my FA post, but before that I was really struggling to find a team-
