I've updated the Scholar versus Sage document to include FRU, M9-12S, and Quantum. There might be some more changes as the patch goes on for Savage specifically, as this is just from a week 1 perspective on both the jobs. docs.google.com/document/d/1...

Thoughts on the tier: M5S was good intro, not too complicated but the movement was fun. M6S was a great surprise. Adds phase was some of the most fun I've had figuring out a phase. M7S was the most like a normal mode but good. M8S might be one of the best fights in the game.

Fixing healer balance in FFXIV isn't as simple as some people make it out to be. 1. We have too much agency on healers through passive healing. 2. Damage is too infrequent for it to matter, allowing healers to stack free cooldowns to nullify it. 3. Power gap between AST/SCH and WHM/SGE is too much.

Meet Shirayuki! My OC designed by Octoboo! She's a model with an ice queen personality, but not because she's inherently cold... she's just really dense socially.

Adurr @adurr.bsky.social · 17/10/2024

Hi everyone I'm Adurr! I'm a healer player in FFXIV and like art of my WoL and OC, Shirayuki! Sometimes I'll retweet stuff I get of them, or just talk about my feelings on the state of healing or the end game content in general. Expect me to mostly lurk. (art of Shirayuki by @noyuu.bsky.social )
