Science explains how things work; it doesn't answer why anything exists in the first place.

I agree that gaps in knowledge don't automatically prove God. The argument isn't 'we don't know, therefore God.' It's that the universe's existence, order, laws, and intelligibility point to an intelligent cause.

My view isn't based on modern politics but on the biblical belief that God created humanity male and female. Disagreeing with gender ideology doesn't make someone a bigot. We can treat every person with dignity and respect while still holding convictions grounded in Scripture.

why anything exists, why the laws of nature exist, and why the universe is intelligible at all. Science explains how; God explains why.

If God were just a placeholder for ignorance, then increasing knowledge should eliminate Him. Yet the deeper we understand the universe, the more we encounter questions science itself can't answer—

If I believe in God and life after death and you do not, and if there is no God, we both lose when we die. However, if there is a God, you still lose. — Blaise Pascal

Nothing makes a deathbed so uneasy and hard as a life spent in the service of sin and lust; nothing makes a deathbed so soft and sweet as a life spent in the service of God and Christ. — Matthew Mead

Fit or not fit--we must all die, and we know not how soon. As death leaves us, the judgment must find us. - William Tiptaft

Science explains how the natural world works; it doesn't answer whether God exists. Many of history's greatest scientists believed in God. Discovering gravity didn't "kill" the Creator of gravity.

The difference is that belief in male and female isn't comparable to flat-earth theory. It's rooted in observable biological realities and, for Christians, affirmed by Scripture. You may disagree with the theological conclusion, but dismissing it as "delusion" isn't an argument.

Disagreeing with gender ideology doesn't make someone a bigot. Christians believe every person has equal dignity because all are made in God's image, while also believing that biological sex is an objective reality. Holding a religious and biological conviction respectfully is not hatred.
