Trump and Republicans handed YOUR tax dollars to Big Tech companies like Meta and Amazon. So how much of your money is subsidizing their data centers and AI spending? You deserve the truth. I'm pushing these companies – the same ones that are donating to Trump – for answers.

"Masks are great. But they aren’t magic" Source: x.com/PrognosticCh...
A screenshot of a social media post by Prognostic Chats (@PrognosticChats), dated 12:52 AM · Oct 9, 2026, with 13.4K Views.
The main text outlines that masks are effective but not infallible. It explains that a high viral load in a poorly ventilated room over time can overwhelm a mask, meaning solo masking requires some luck. The author notes that with other public health measures gone, solo masking acts as a last line of defense, but emphasizes it is far more effective when combined with universal masking, good ventilation, and routine testing.
This post directly quotes a message from activity (derogatory) (@poetryalpastor) from Oct 8 asking: "Does anybody else who regularly wears a mask feel like a super fuckup/failure/loser when they get sick?"

Playing with your children or meeting a friend for coffee are everyday activities that many people move between without giving much thought to how much mental or physical energy they take.

Netherlands: "Even years after infection, the situation remains hopeless for many post-COVID patients" A new study found just 12% of post-COVID patients had largely recovered 3 years after infection. Two-thirds were still unable to work or were working fewer hours due to ongoing symptoms.
A screenshot of a Dutch news article from NU.nl, written by healthcare and education reporter Kim Einder, dated 29 Sep 2026 at 18:06.

She is wearing light blue leggings, a white vest over a dark long-sleeve shirt, a pulse oximeter clip on her finger, and a blue medical mask structure over her mouth and nose connected to an airflow tube. To the right, a healthcare worker's hands are visible holding a clipboard with a data sheet.

Turns out we don’t have to invoke weapons of mass destruction when talking about ocean heat uptake. The ocean absorbed a record-breaking 23 zettajoules of heat last year, equivalent to 40 times the energy used by humanity. It’s not going to end well.
