These formats are strategically important. With B2B e-invoicing becoming mandatory in Germany in phases from 2025 onwards, and formats like xRechnung and ZUGFeRD explicitly listed as compliant EN 16931 syntaxes, quality matters a lot more than “it usually works”. 363
