I'm a realist. Not voting for a Democrat allows the hateful, misogynist, racist,fascist regime to continue to destroy the country. Voting for a Democrat is a chance to disrupt that trajectory.It's not a guarantee and yes, the DSA types are dangerous, but the Republicans are an ongoing threat.

The AI engineers freaking out know something we don't, that is, what the next generation of AI looks like. Right now, as incredibly capable models are released every 10 days or so, wildly more powerful models are in training. And they are not being well enough constrained.
