I opened Fotmob to see our next fixtures and I got genuinely surprised to see we have 3W in the last 6 games as well. Times have been so tough that those wins seem lost. All 3 have notably come in the cup. Idk how we're doing it but may the cup run continue at least.

There's a clear gap. Also, in terms of inconsistencies for eg. Brighton are winless in their last 6 games now. Villa had a run of 7-8 winless games. It's just that we've lost so much as you said. It'll be really tough but whoever can get a run together, might get up there at the end.

I said before United in EFL Cup that it can set up our season. I didn't expect anything today so I'm not disappointed. Nottingham onwards, we have players returning, starting with Bentancur, who is huge for us. Davies & Moore potentially as well. Surely for Wolves. Gotta build now.

As I've mentioned before, I do think Ange is starting to lose trust in some of these players. Porro is not one of them for sure but the recent public frustration at their decision-making does stem from it imo.

Spurs' squad building is far from over. New names to be added and a lot of these current players will gain experience. Considering all that, it still feels like we've spoken about our injuries much less than we did last season. I'll take it as a sign of an improved floor of the squad. #THFC

Let's start here with the thread I posted there earlier. Imo, the biggest issue with Spurs this season has been the final ball or actual finishing. #THFC are the top goalscorers in the league with 23. We have an xG of 21.3, so we're doing better, right? On paper, maybe. In reality, hell no. (1/n)
