It really shouldn't be as hard as this to get hate and threats removed/prosecuted. I hope that the Ofcom outcome prompts the government to enact something that has real teeth, but I'm not optimistic.

Yes to all of this. It's SO much more complex than most people realise. And neurodivergence doesn't follow a linear pattern - it's spiky and can completely change from day to day (even minute to minute) depending on how draining the environment.
