Kostas Linardos had 17 tickets — including for speeding, reckless driving and street racing — and 4 collisions. Then, in November 2022, he gunned his truck into the back of a sedan, killing a toddler. In December of last year, the DMV renewed his driver’s license. calmatters.org/investigatio...
