Happy Valentine's Day! I originally posted this comic in 2023, and for its 2-year anniversary I'm finally cross-posting it here: A #zosan comic about what happens when you find out your future self is in a relationship with your bitter rival. "20 Year Waltz" [R15] 40pg 🧵

Colourful fanart framed like a book or comic cover featuring the characters Zoro and Sanji from the series One Piece. They are both depicted twice, at age 19 and again at age 40, using series creator Oda's concepts for their older designs. The 19-year-olds are standing in the front while their 40-year-old counterparts stand behind them. 40Zoro has his arm wrapped around 19Sanji and 40Sanji is resting his hands and chin on 19Zoro's head. The younger boys are flustered, trying to shake their older selves off, but the 19-year-olds' arms accidentally link as they do so. The 40-year-olds exchange knowing smirks over the top of their younger selves' heads, ignoring their protests. They stand against a dusty blue backdrop and the title "20 Year Waltz" written partially in ribbon.

painting from class yesterday #art

an acrylic painting of an orange cat stretching in front of a window. the windowsill is pink and a plant in a terracotta pot sits on the left side. through the window there is a city at night, with skyscrapers painted in blue and the sky behind filled with stars and fluffy clouds pained purple. the painting is done in a simple graphic style reminiscent of cel shading.

initiating kisses (1/4) #vashwood #trigun

Black and white digital comic of Vash and Wolfwood from Trigun Maximum, 12 pages. First page, Wolfwood is speaking to an offscreen innkeeper: "We won't cause any trouble, so let us stay the night, please?" Innkeeper: "Hmm.. Alright, fine. But only tonight, got that?" Wolfwood: "Yer a lifesaver, thanks!" Meanwhile, Vash is next to him, staring at Wolfwood. Wolfwood turns back to Vash, now with the room key in hand: "C'mon, let's head up." Vash, startled: "Right..." Next panel shows them outside the room, their backs to the camera as Wolfwood mumbles, "Keys..." as he opens the door. Vash is sneaking glances at Wolfwood. Next panel, they walk into the room, Wolfwood taking vocal notes, "Hey, 's not a bad size. Bed's kinda small, but 's for a night anyway..." The camera focuses on Vash's slightly troubled expression as he continues to glance over at Wolfwood.

Vash is quiet while he looks to Wolfwood and Wolfwood, noticing, says questioning: "What are ya doin' just standin' there? Settle in." Vash responds again: "Right..." The text now goes into Vash's thoughts as Vash finally moves further into the room with more clear troubled expression. Text: Is he not going to bring it up..? Was it really an one time thing? If I knew that was the case... No, in the first place... I shouldn't had done it. It still feels wrong to have that kind of affection. Even worse since it's Wolf-" His thoughts are cut off by Wolfwood halting his movements physically, having grabbed Vash by the collar and pulling him back to be near Wolfwood. Wolfwood looks at Vash with an unimpressed look while Vash yelps a "Uwah?!" in surprise.

asking and receiving (1/3) #vashwood #trigun

A black and white, digital Trigun comic of Vash and Wolfwood. In the first panel is a close up of Wolfwood's mouth as he says, "Vash". Accompanying it is a close up shot of Vash's eye, widen and cheeks flushed. Wolfwood presses a knee against the open space between Vash's legs and says, "Tell me everything you want from me." Wolfwood's face is equally as flushed. He continues to say, "I'll give it to you. Everything." As he talks, a wide shot shows the both of them in white space. Vash is sitting, leaning a little back with both hands pressed against the surface he's sitting on. Wolfwood is in his white dress shirt, stripped of the blazer. He's still leaning in with one knee in between Vash's spread legs, his right hand touching Vash's lips and his left hand behind his back.

The shot closes in on Vash's mouth and Wolfwood's hand against it, pressing down on the lower lip as he says, "You have to ask though. Go on." His hand moves down to Vash's chin, gently holding it. With a shy and uncertain expression, Vash hesitantly asks, "Um... K... Kiss... Please?" Wolfwood, without wasting a second, leans in and kisses him and indulges by pressing deeper, eliciting a small noise of surprise from Vash.

Wolfwood moves away from Vash first and with a smile, asks, "What else?" Vash tugs on Wolfwood's left sleeve, wordlessly budging Wolfwood to give him his hand that was still behind his back. In the next panel, Vash utters, "Hold me..?" He's holding Wolfwood's left hand with his own while his right hand is reaching for his waist. Wolfwood complies, moving his left hand to Vash's shoulder and his right hand continues to touch Vash's cheek. Wolfwood asks again, "What else?"

More comfortable now, Vash leans in to kiss Wolfwood. Wolfwood catches him immediately, pressing his thumb against Vash's lips to stop him before demanding, "Hey. Ask." Vash looks back in surprise and Wolfwood meets his eye with a quiet, insistent look. They're quiet for a moment before Vash leans in again and curtly requests, "Kiss. Me." Wolfwood says "Good", smiling as he lifts his hand away, and meets Vash's lips. In the next shot, Wolfwood had adjusted his position, sitting on Vash's thigh. The hand that was once on Vash's cheek has moved its way to Vash's nape, pushing away the collar of his jacket with his pinky. His other hand continues to grip on Vash's shoulder. Still kissing, Wolfwood asks again, "What else?"

trimax sketches #vashwood #trigun

trigun max, fanart, multiple drawings collages. the main drawing is of vash smiling at the viewer, holding up a simple peace sign. a wolfwood drawing is next to this of him doing a heart pose with his thumb and pinky, neutrally expression. a chibi of them both is between these two drawing, forming a heart with their silhouette. next to these is a short sequence of images. wolfwood has his hair pushed back by vash’s hands, looking bewildered by the action. when vash lets go and his hair ‘floofs’ back down, and he asks “what?” it then pans to them drawn in a chibi style of vash smiling sheepishly, saying “wolfwood, don’t use hair gel, ok? you are perfect the way you are” to which wolfwood, irked, asks “what’s that supposed to mean?!” below this is another sequence of drawings. wolfwood and vash both with a cigarette in their mouth, vash smiling as he touches his bud with wolfwood’s to light it. immediately, wolfwood grips both of their cigarettes with his bare hand, crushing to vash’s confusion before gripping vash’s collar with his other hand, pulling him in and kissing him to vash’s surprise.

an amalgamation of vash and wolfwood doodles. the ones colored in are of wolfwood with his shirt and jacket unbuttoned, showing his bare chest, clearly showing the blood stains and injured state as he patches his hand up with bandages. vash holds him from behind, touching his bare chest and stroking him up by the waist, leaning into his back. the other drawing is of vash kissing wolfwood’s cheek, holding his face by the cheeks as wolfwood squeezes his eyes shut with his cheeks squished. there’s two drawings of wolfwood leaning into vash’s chest, head down, and gripping onto him. there’s another drawing of them kissing, vash’s hands going under wolfwood’s shirt and touching his back. a drawing of wolfwood’s cheek being held by vash, wolfwood too holding the hand in place with his eyes closed. finally, a drawing of them kissing once more, vash holding wolfwood by the hand and bringing wolfwood to him by the back of his head. wolfwood looks injured, blood stains evident.

a collage of drawings, from left to right, top to bottom: wolfwood’s back is to the viewer, the evidence of vash being his hands wrapped around wolfwood’s middle. wolfwood softly chides, “yer so damn clingy.” vash says teasingly, “only with youuuu,” to which wolfwood immediately responds with “oh, shut up.” next, wolfwood glances back to vash who’s holding him by the arm and the other hand, pressed by wolfwood’s heart. vash looks contemplative with reddened cheeks. a chibi of them is next to this where wolfwood smirks and says teasingly, “if you wanted to touch…” vash cuts in frantically, “nooo! i was feeling your heartbeat! your heartbeat!” next, 2 drawings of vash shirtless, back and front, showing his scarred body. next, a chibi of wolfwood being hugged by vash, wolfwood glancing to him shyly. at the bottom, shirtless or almost shirtless wolfwood drawings. first shows him in his unbuttoned dress shirt, rosary being tugged by vash’s hand off screen, and wolfwood wears a soft smile, conceding. next is of his back and next, him scratching his head while smoking. a chibi next to this shows vash biting wolfwood’s bare shoulder with a “chomp” and wolfwood responding with irk surprise.
