5K in 33:09 new PB! 4 5ks down, one a week has been pretty sustainable so far

Ada Rose Cannon @adarose.dev · 01/09/2026

I just completed my first 5k in years!!! Now I can start working on improving my time. An old injury flared up near the end for the last 1k so I think if I can stretch it out beforehand next time I can improve going into the rest of my workout with a runners high

I got a perfect game on today’s smush but found a different pangram than the expected one 🙃

perfect game gives double points so pangram in first turn, clean plate no hints, so it’s not quite as impressive as it looks

I just got these tattoos finished yesterday, I am really happy with how they turned out

2 pictures stacked vertically in a white frame. Each picture is of a tattoo. The top is a The Fool tarot card, the second is a plane, a Grob 115 with markings akin to the diagram for survivorship bias. It has lilies growing around it

A tiger with white eyes prowls through falling ginkgo leaves. An upper arm tattoo on white skin. The person is wearing a black romper, their face is not visible.

New favourite geometry node set up, it is for assigning random vertex colours to islands but multiplied by the stored color so that I can still bake the ao to vertex colours without needing to repaint the entire thing then I just change the seed or the color ramp until I am happy with how it looks

This node network reads an existing "Color" attribute, generates a random color per mesh island, maps it through a color ramp set to constant to act as a color palette then multiplies it with the original color, captures the result as a Face Corner attribute, and stores it back to geometry for output.
