So far, the plum jelly has been delayed after step one, overtaken by a spurt of crab-apple and mint jelly making. It was a very strange variety of mint from the garden and not very strong flavoured crab-apples, but it’s a gentle, fragrant flavour and totally delicious! . . #changoftune #violinist
