Hot take? NOTHING makes me feel like I could crush distant planets with my bare hands quite like eating grass-fed beef, pastured eggs, a touch of grass-fed butter, and maybe some avocado and/or sauerkraut. a quart of Fage 0% yogurt is in 2nd place.
