Queen Victoria Day weekend has ended with a bang, as a child I would have attended fireworks and donkey baseball with my family, fire crackers, writing my name with a sparkler. Now I'm taking photos solo in my garden, serving dinner to my 84 year old mother as we listen to the thunder remembering.
