The habit sticks when it becomes part of who you are. You don't need a dramatic plan. You need tiny votes for the person you're becoming.

Gemini 4 Argon has one of the lowest hallucination rates i ever seen. really appreciate the effort on this one. Google and other AI models are usually terrible at this.

I stopped explaining myself to AI in every chat. 11 hours on 1 file changed that. (Don't copy it)

The best AI setups are run by: - A thinker - A worker - A helper Not one model doing it all. Opus 5.5 thinks. GPT-6 Astra or Sol works. GPT-6 Luna helps.

You are your own bottleneck with AI. You ask one model to think, plan and build. So it does all three halfway. Split the jobs instead. Opus 5.5 thinks and plans. GPT-6 Astra or Sol does the work. GPT-6 Luna takes the small, clear tasks.

Most founders are shipping AI that works 95% of the time and assuming that's good enough. But that 5% is where your reputation dies.

i unlocked how openai made gpt-6.1 sol dangerously efficient a few patterns i've noticed - gpt-6 sol = gpt-5.6 sol, but way more efficient - gpt-6.1 sol = gpt-6 sol, but way smarter lean models pay for smart models

Thinking is thinking. Doing is doing. The model that plans best is not the one you want grinding through the work. So I split them. Opus 5.5 on medium or high makes the plan. GPT-6 Astra or Sol builds it. GPT-6 Luna runs the small, clear tasks.

Most people building with AI right now: - Generate 100 ideas - Ship 60 ideas - Get 0 feedback - Generate 50 more Judgment is expensive now.

automation amplifies everything. your focus. output. freedom. but also: loneliness. emptiness. your lack of direction. fix life first. automate second.

Stop using the cheapest AI model (it costs more). Copy my exact 4-step check: Last month I spent 6 hours tracking AI costs across B2B marketing client projects.
Quote card from Adam Dittrich: Cheap AI doesn't save money. If you pick AI by price, you're managing a budget, not a business. The cheapest AI model will burn more of your money if it takes 30 minutes longer and uses 6x more usage to finish the same job.

@OpenAI Dev Day announcement overview - Dots: personal assistant (GrokBot, Muse) - $500/month plan - GPT-6.1 Sol: really smart and cheap, way better than 6 was - ultrafast fast mode (300 token per second) Very expensive - sign in with ChatGPT: use your sub in 3rd party apps

about the the new $200 ChatGPT Pro plan is open to new customers again, but you get about half as much usage as the old $200 plan.

I used to design, print, hand out 10,000 paper flyers to promote stuff. I learned there are only 4 ways to get customers: cold outreach, warm outreach, ads, and content. Focus + volume + iteration + time. Simple idea. Hard to do.

Being a founder in 2026 means you plus 10 AI agents, not you heroically doing everything yourself like it's still 2019.

Friction kills adoption. Any barrier means people never start. Remove all of it. Put non-technical people on stage. When the person sitting next to you, with the same job title, has built something that saves them 40 hours a week. The "I'm not technical" excuse stops working.

A few patterns I've noticed in the AI setups that work best for me: • The smartest model never does the grunt work • Opus 5.5 on medium or high thinks and plans • GPT-6 Astra or Sol does the work • GPT-6 Luna runs the clear tasks and subagents • No model does every job

Want better results from AI? Stop assuming one model has to do it all. It doesn't. Here's the split I use: 1. Opus 5.5 (medium or high) thinks and plans 2. GPT-6 Astra or Sol does the work 3. GPT-6 Luna runs clear tasks and subagents

Let that sink in for a moment: Opus 5.5 beat Fable 5.1 - 20% cheaper than Opus 5 - 30%+ faster - higher 5-hour limits - outside safety testers - and you get reset on top of that What about slowing down AI. OpenAI just released GPT-6 sol/luna. Wild

the craziest part about content generation...its so much fun. what my one-person business ai system did: - made 1000 unique posts with fable 5.1 - adjusted them per platform - finished in 40 minutes while i wrote this (by hand) stop hiring. start building.

If you want AI to (actually) help you in the next 30 days: - say what you want - say what matters and what’s off limits - say what you don’t know so it can explain clearly - say it can investigate but not change anything - say it must wait for your approval

stop paying for grok 4.7. use fable 5.1 instead smarter, cheaper, faster. it is the worst upgrade I've seen this year. - +2.1x output tokens per task - +61% higher cost per task - 35% slower - Just +2 intelligence points (vs Grok 4.6) This will burn your grok @bot usage

Your fear of rejection is not fear. It's ego. You'd rather stay unknown than hear no from someone you'll never see again. So you polish the site, rebuild the offer, wait. The no costs 10 seconds. The waiting costs years.
