When I reached out to the state AGs still in this #disability lawsuit, there was a disconnect. Their spokespeople talked about it as though it were about keeping historical Section 504 protections in place, but the lawsuit had tried to have 504 declared unconstitutional stateline.org/2026/10/02/a...
