Well, no. The ridiculous GRA only applies to a tiny number of people who have GRCs. A GRC is about as useful as the "passport" my daughter's teddy is given when we fly. Humans cannot change sex. It doesn't matter what a piece of paper says, AND most trans identified people don't even have one 🤷‍♀️
