Trying to play more games from my library when I can, and uh, I really love the aesthetics of Avowed? Im sad the game has so much issues running on high-end pcs it seems. Fidgetting with settings makes it run but there's a lot of visual jitter. Oh well. Named my elf godlike Hyperion.

Same. I don't like these terms and I don't think they reflect fiction properly. Literally putting everyone until one umbrella or the other is very reductive and it doesn't actually tell you whats in it- that and everyone has different triggers

I just wish people could perceive their own critism that way. They don't have to strictly only feel one way about something or only talk in that way about it. You're not automaticly Endorsing the things you're critical about by saying you like better things from the thing too. Nuance 😭

Especially on any media- and as someone who enjoys a healthy dose of critism- I always put this forward: You can like something despite its flaws. It's OKAY to be critical of something you enjoy. But what matters is that you get to enjoy it. ''I like thing, even if it has problems'' is not wrong💔

I do genuingly feel sadder on social media lately- everythings negative, everthing is bad, you're not allowed to like anything, you're not allowed nuance, everything's a red flag now and all of that. There's this constant confusion and the only time it goes away is when I close a tab and I'm alone.
