Late night writing If you want to know more about my thought process while making this look in the alts

Title, I wanted to make a story about a undead carnival so I decided to pick the name “Dead Man’s” but I didn’t know what else to say for the title. I wanted something that rolled off the tongue so I started looking up words in Latin and found “Gaudium,” its associated with Joy or Happiness. Then I added the sub title “Alas, poor McJoy. I knew her.” Taking inspiration from the line about Yorick from the story Hamlet.

I decided to set the story in limbo, the in between. But do a positive spin on it of sorts, by making a part of limbo itself a circus for people who didn’t experience joy in their lives rather than it just be a vast emptiness of nothing.

You don’t need to know much about this one, it just sets up the plot

Now this is subject to change, but I kinda like it.

I may or may not draw them, who knows.

Subject 001: The Muncher From one of the Doctor’s journals “After many failed attempts, I’ve finally created the perfect beast. Using a brain harvested from one the captives, I gave life to a plant.” The rest of the page was bitten off, and only a scrap was left saying. “May God help us all.”
