Hi Cary T, we're looking into a building at [street address]. Can you confirm if this is still your best contact? - Sarah, Oakridge Homebuyers Reply STOP to End
There is no longer a building at that address. The house had been sinking into the ground (possibly due to stormwater erosion?) for a number of years before, at last, the foundation pierced some final layer of earth and sent the entire structure plummeting downward in an instant. If you drive by the lot, it's now a pit where unloved things are dropped to be forgotten. Still zoned as residential and I'm on the hook for the mortgage, so asking 450k or best offer](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:m3npbz4ez6g7ux3kbpow3yyy/bafkreieshclhq7ixizbyijanbc7z53k2zrfk4zyw7mbtqiomahzan3lmde)
