I’m having to deal paying back income tax and property tax they do have a re payment program you can set up so you don’t have to come up with all at once each states different. I had the same pay it all up front letter or else. I’d reach out to your CPA ask them to look in it.

Well it’s been since Friday when I found out my sewer line was cut by lyte fiber communications and their contractor Amix. Just a few minutes ago I get a voicemail of a guy from Amix stammering and sounding like he was just now heading home saying they wanted to inspect it I got plumbers there now>>

This move has been a bit stressful for biscuit. He’s 13 and well i know he’s getting on up there. He’s been doing well and hasn’t been in pain and still is active moving around and getting used to living over here at moms as we get ready to move. Lately he sleeps next to me using my arm as a pillow.

Well there’s no fiber line in there yet they just ran that bore line last week. Don’t think they snaked the fiber line through it yet or got it hooked up. Anyway I emailed their customer service line with a formal property damage claim. If I have to I’ll call my insurance company

Joys of home repairs. Selling the house having to replace the sewer line from the house to the street. Recently the fiber company is running new lines and well wouldn’t you know they go right through my sewer line cutting it completely. 😑

Honestly just finding a solar company that’s legit and isn’t some fly by night racket is a challenge in itself. I remember I was contemplating getting it put on mine then seen the company was going to put cheap panels and the wrong inverters. Nah I was glad to nip that in the bud.
