🔥 WE SHUT DOWN ONE OF THE UK'S BIGGEST LANDLORD CONFERENCES. While landlords and property investors were thinking up the best ways to line their pockets, we took the microphone to demand rent controls and force them to listen to the realities of renting in London. Rent controls now!

MEMBER DEFENCE VICTORY: All damage repaired & £5k refund for our members! Two of our members had suffered 4 months of serious disrepair after a water pipe burst, ruining the floor and ceiling between their flats and spreading damp all over.

We just won £5k back for members. + Did repairs fixed. Direct action gets the goods.

HANE ESTATE AGENTS RUN OFF SCARED 🚩🐔 Our member requested a viewing for a property through Hane Estate Agents. She was told the landlord doesn't accept universal credit claimants. This is discrimination, and we won't stand for it.

The government recently announced plans to make some of the biggest cuts to disability benefits on record. These benefits keep people alive. It's predicted that these changes could see up to 1.2 million people losing support of between £4.2k and £6.3k/year over the coming years.
