Louisville police watchdog 'alarmed' after data shows potential bias in LMPD traffic stops
Last year, Black drivers were more than twice as likely as white drivers to be searched by Louisville police officers during a traffic stop. That’s the topline finding in a report given to the Louisville Metro Police Department from its own hired consultant.
