Flock cameras don't just capture license plates. They log where people travel, when they travel, and create searchable records of our movements with little transparency or regulation as to who can access that information and how it may be used.
Photo of an ALPR camera with text that reads, "Across the country, there have been multiple instances of Flock ALPR cameras being misused, including: (1) ICE has used Flock to target immigrants without warrants. (2) In Kansas, police used ALPRs to pursue a man who write an op-ed critical of the police department. (3) In Colorado, a woman was wrongfully accused of theft due to a Flock hit and police refused to review evidence proving her innocence."
