The Clay Child, sitting in it's booster chair, flails it's nubby little left arm and holds it's own spiral protrusion with the other as it happily awaits another bite of cake.
On the table are a number of objects including "toys" (a plush dragonfly and nugget, and a partially eaten gear), and Vena's hammer (bloodied and clearly recently used). In the center of the table is a partially sliced cake with white and green frosting, and a single, blown out candle resembling a mixture of both a key and the number "1".
The interior of the cake resembles the face of the King of All Dogs; purely by coincidence some red sauce oozes from the base of the cake.
There is a dialogue box above Venus and the Clay Child with the following text:
