Apparently with Project X, we're just getting an semi-open world (think Sims 3 for PS3/XBOX 360), which sounds cool and their reasoning behind it is appeasing, alongside improved graphics, but if that's all they're offering, with no simulation overhauls or CAST, it's pretty disappointing.

Paralives tip: don’t forget to enable “ceiling cast shadows” In the settings. For some reason it’s turned off by default which makes direct sunlight go through ceilings and makes indoor lighting plainer.

Sharing this creator that I found on X. So many great mods that improve gameplay for me, & do things like makes traits and emotions matter. I am impressed so far. They also just came out with Open Apartments (i.e. no loading screen). I need EA to leave #Sims4 ALONE so we can let these creators cook.
