A lot of the ACA stuff would be federal but Ohio right now has a Medicaid Trigger. Basically if federal matching funds drop below the current 90% rate by any amount, the state provision allows for the immediate termination of the program I absolutely am AGAINST this. Healthcare must be protected

I had the privilege of spending a lot of time in nyc for both undergrad and grad school. Every year on 9/11, the vibes of the city changed. Manhattan went somber and I made it a habit to go to the memorial to see the lights and honor all of the lives lost on that tragic day.
