i've got bad news about every tts ever in the history of tts, ai generated tts is harmful when it's used to replace labor or emulate someone's likeness without consent

and we also know jblow isn't exactly a room reader

Acerola @acewola.bsky.social · 16/10/2026

is this not just typical text to speech lol? I get that it'd be better not to have them given the current temperature of the room but let's not act like tts placeholders are new

haha i know how to do it it's just like so much of the improvement is subconscious while your brain builds the muscle memory neurons and sometimes it takes forever and makes you feel like you're not improving at all till one day you wake up and you just do it like you always could

if you're a normal person please do not play the fucking strip mahjong game. do not let the fun and friendly appeal of something as inoffensive as pornography trick you into playing a game as evil as mahjong

Really drv3 just helped me abandon my expectations when it comes to experiencing something and to see what is actually in front of me for what it is instead of what I want.

As for the game itself, I think it's the best representation I've seen of how a proper fake is indifferent from the real thing, which is a big theme in my other favorite thing of all time prior to playing drv3 (monogatari) so I liked it even more cause of that.

took me awhile to get over it but it made me re-evaluate how fans interface with artists, how expectations can pollute the experience and obscure the actual message from the fan's perspective, many of whom ultimately refuse to accept what kodaka intended which sort of paradoxically validates him

it's probably cause of unique circumstances but i was a major fan of dr1/2 and had no spoilers at all and for kodaka to 'betray' his fans in the way he did was deeply upsetting especially cause I never got to discuss my love of the games with anyone before drv3 so it felt like he took that from me

it is kind of funny how out of all the things i've ever read, watched, or played, it is danganronpa v3 that has upset me the most and majorly shifted my perspective on pretty much everything. kodaka made me woke

if i was president i would make playing danganronpa v3 part of the public school curriculum

I wonder if it'll ever be properly covered or demonstrated to people how easy it is to manufacture public sentiment with just like 5 bots in a reddit thread

maybe someday people will realize that whether or not something is a 'game' has nothing to do with what is being engaged with but the mindset of the person doing the engaging, you're the one that makes it a game ❤️☮️

i always forget how viscerally angry some people get at the notion of a visual novel being a game like I thought I couldn't make it any more clear in my godotcon talk how easy it is to make that conclusion, if cookie clicker is a video game so is any visual novel lol

they should invent some kind of intermediary letter case because all upper case on a youtube video title feels like too much even though it's proper but all lower case is way too cringe
