Is it her best? Not when Teenage Dream and Prism are in her discography. But Witness (and Smile) are two great albums that just had horrendous rollouts. Had she released “Witness” and “Roulette” as pre-releases, “Swish Swish” with the album release, and THEN “Bon Appetit” and “Chained To The Rhythm”
