The Japan FFXIV keynote will be on my birthday in California! Best birthday present will be finally finding out the Evercold release date!!

AceFangirl @acefangirl.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

But Somnium Files will continue no issue, and things get WEIRD this week.

AceFangirl @acefangirl.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

Hi all! Hopefully one stream this week, but with the little termite problem this week at the house (eek!), there's a possibility we may need to vacate for a few days. I'll keep you posted!

AceFangirl @acefangirl.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

Getting to deal with another fun aspect of home ownership this weekend - termites! 😭 very negative association for me because a landlord disregarded them in a previous place I lived, so if I’m a little on edge for a few days, please be patient!

And Somnium Files continues right along with our first (of at least two) wild goose chases this week.

000

AceFangirl @acefangirl.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

I'm back!! Streams resume this week - we may have some schedule shuffling, but this is what it's looking like right now.

AceFangirl @acefangirl.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

I mean, I don’t suspect anything other than an organic sellout. MAG is growing and it needs to move, it’s just a matter of when. And to be fair, it’s always happened this way (badges on a Wednesday, here it was delayed because of a glitch), just not usually this fast.

000

AceFangirl @acefangirl.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

It is! I have no one to blame but myself, but I was already on the fence about the trip this year (holidays are shaping up to be busy). Just sad I didn’t have more time to think, but it is what it is!

100

AceFangirl @acefangirl.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

I will think about it, but because my husband and I come together, hotels would be a challenge. We’ll see!

010

AceFangirl @acefangirl.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

Me neither! I thought I would have until the weekend to figure it out.

000

AceFangirl @acefangirl.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

Noooo! We’ll have to plan another occasion.

010

AceFangirl @acefangirl.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

Welp… I will not be at MAGFest this year, looks like! I needed more time to see if the trip was going to work out this year, and i guess it sold out already. Kind of a bummer. My first year missing since I started attending in 2017 or 2018.

Officially back in California! Give me a few days to get my life back together and we’ll catch up.

010

AceFangirl @acefangirl.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

Visited my alma mater today, was a beautiful day for a game! Was a little warm, but can’t argue with the results.

041

AceFangirl @acefangirl.bsky.social · 06/09/2026

Long travel day today, but I’m across the country celebrating the wedding of some dear friends before spending a week with my family! Somnium Files should continue uninterrupted but no streams until I get back.

020

AceFangirl @acefangirl.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

Got my new contacts today! Tested them out in the office and all looks good, so hopefully my issues will be resolved in a little bit. Fingers crossed!

AceFangirl @acefangirl.bsky.social · 04/09/2026

Got into my eye doctor the day before I leave for vacation!! Maybe we can get this fixed.

Somnium Files will continue as scheduled with hopefully no hiccups, though!

000

AceFangirl @acefangirl.bsky.social · 30/08/2026

Last schedule for a little bit - I leave for a combo wedding + family trip on Saturday, so I'll be taking two weeks off. But I promised Fireworks Fight 2.0, and so ye shall receive.

100

AceFangirl @acefangirl.bsky.social · 30/08/2026

Arghhh another bad eye day! I can't get into my doctor for another two weeks, but I'm hoping it'll all be resolved soon.

Went and saw Spiderman today! I really enjoyed it overall - still need to catch up on a few other movies though.

also sorry this was so long, i just love him a lot.

AceFangirl @acefangirl.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

be interesting! I think his gondola scene was one of the memorable ones in that section of Dawntrail, because it shows the weight being a leader had on him, and how it still affects him today. I can't wait to continue to adventure together. It doesn't help that I like wizards and Jonathan Bailey.

AceFangirl @acefangirl.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

and an adventurer, and a steadfast companion through all the trials the WoL faces. I fell for him immediately when we first met, and again when we met again. Even though his arc is somewhat concluded, that doesn't make him a bad character. Characters don't have to be going through it 24/7 to...

AceFangirl @acefangirl.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

...from beginning to end, and now he's getting to do the thing he loves most in the entire world, adventuring and hanging out with my WoL <3 I think G'raha matches my WoL's spirit in a way (as well as my own) - a desire to see the world, learn more, and truly live in it. He is a leader, a scholar..

110

AceFangirl @acefangirl.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

Hi that's me! One of the key things that defines a character I enjoy is just a genuine love of adventure and learning. Characters that feel like they love to live in the world, not just are in it. From his first appearance, G'raha was that to me. His arc is a truly incredible experience...

Hi everyone! @ledgerbound.bsky.social (a game I've been super interested in trying out) drops TOMORROW! So I was thinking maybe we'll do that Wednesday instead? It's a turn based RPG with an amazing voice cast and lots of dateable options, so it seems RIGHT up my alley. Excited!
