As the watchdog group that spent 4 years litigating Trump's first term emoluments violations, we can say from experience: Congress needs to ensure the Emoluments Clause is actually enforceable. This is just the latest violation—Trump needs to be held accountable for them all.

In 1995, Clinton repealed the rule requiring drugs developed at taxpayer expense to be offered at "reasonable" prices. In 2000, the Senate blocked Wellstone's bill to reinstate the rule. Americans pay the world's highest prices for drugs we already paid for. Dems should reintroduce Paul's bill.
