I want to stop hurting people and it seems like I have to completely distance myself from everyone in order to do so. I don’t understand how I do it, I don’t have any bad intentions and I try to help but it’s like I’m radioactive. Even when I’m following my therapists advice, shit goes wrong.

one of my big problems that I’m working on is a lack of faith in bonds when there is a separation. My own life experience has never really shown me healthy reconciliation after a separation of any kind so that’s colored my perception in a negative way.
