I never really do these, because I tend to only draw within the same couple of months and not pick up a pencil during others. This time, however, I have drawn some stuff that I really liked, so I have decided to collocate them in this format. Onto a great new year! (hopefully)

< Mourning the past > I am happy to show this as my last artwork of the year. It's a drawing for my partner @argosden.bsky.social whom I have surprisingly been assigned to for a private secret Santa ❤️ Happy New Year everyone! x)

It's my birthday today! 😆 The last month, including today, has been quite busy for me, which is why I have not posted new art, despite really wanting to draw. I'm really looking forward to the holiday season. Until then, please have a look at some of my recent works! Reposts are dearly appreciated❤️

Dragon, who casts magic in the sky while reading a book.

Argo, casting magic. A bunch of birds are coming out of it.

Cloaked creature with four legs, which walks into a strong light source from out of the shadow.

Paduar sketch, that I drew while watching a letsplay c:

Back in the days, when I was drawing a lot more non-human art, I often used to draw a Paduar whenever I was daydreaming. These creatures are an old species of mine, that roams through my headworld.

[When Earth was created...] Every once in a while, you just gotta draw a mighty dragon to ease your mind~

Dragon deity, that is casting magic in the form of an orb, while reading up something in a magical book.

Finally managed to type out the remaining text. I poured all of my heart into this, so I hope you like it, too❣️ Meet Argo! He is @argosden.bsky.social 's persona 🪶

Argos Reference sheet. Argo is an Occrushoa harpy, who lives on Ioris, together with Zarydi. His beast form has the appearance of an owl-like dragon with a long, slender body and feathered wings. His colours are blue, white and dark grey.

If you see this, post a sword!

Portrayed is @ArgosDen's OC Becquerel, who as one of the few Inquisitors of the High church of Castor is in possession of a holy dragon Sword. In the background, you can see the actual symbol of the High church. She is basically her arch religious family's true golden child. People often say that Castors Inquisitors later loose all their soul and sense of morality besides the one of Castor after becoming his eyes and swords. The same can be said of her....or so they believe. After all, actions speak louder than words.

My current style revolves a lot around scenes with strong light sources from above or behind. I really like detailing my work and being more technical with the scenery. Inspo: Argo, animals, the human body and history I tag: @surrial.bsky.social @hyracaia.bsky.social @syvaender.bsky.social

...and some more creature/environmental art:

2# Spiders
I went a little overboard with the detailing process and then I realized how I had to have decided on a light source by now. It's probably a little overdone here and there but I still like the outcome c:

Xey will get to a point in her story where she will find herself lost within the large catacombs of Whitechapel, a very dangerous district of Elazar, the town where our story takes place. The creature that lives here has not been seen for a long time after having taken the lives of countless people in an incident many years ago. People still refer to that day as the "massacre of Whitechapel".

Here is some more of my art involving humans:

POV: You are in an infamous bar and suddenly someone you don't know hands you a whisky glass. There is something pinned to the bottom of it.

It's #PortfolioDay !❣️ Hi! I am a small hobby artist from Germany who draws fantasy illustrations, creatures and human art. Most of my art depicts head-world stuff from @argosden.bsky.social and me :)

My exchange piece for @drachorn.bsky.social showing her feathered Dragon OC.

During my exam month, I tried to fill my little free time by working on a little joke comic, featuring @syvaender.bsky.social 's OCs Extasy and Fliege as well as my sona Zarydi. The drawings in the background of the first page are drawn by Syvaender (she will hopefully upload it soon xD) #comic #art

1. Extasy and Zarydi are talking about her new artwork that she is spending a lot of time thinking about. Extasy delves into her inner mind, asking her sona the most important question.

2. She is shouting into the sky until Fliege appears as a figure in the clouds and he takes a stern look at his creator.

3. He makes up his mind and tells her, that she is not yet ready to know the answer and so he disappears, leaving her in shock.

4. Zarydi gets her out of her fever dream state, but after this encounter, Extasy is not quite the same anymore.

People told me that I should upload more sketches, so here you go... This is an old collection that shows my thought process for Zarydi and my Occrushoa species. Sadly, all sketches are over five years old because I had somewhat of an art block during that time. Enjoy c: #acaythart #zarydi #art

Your art looks fantastic! The way you can use rim light and cast shadow (especially in the artwork with the torch) is so inspiring to me. I still have a long way to go xD Thank you for hosting this art share!
