Seeing this going around really made me think about the 9 albums that really influenced me. From rock, metal, new wave, and even a Celtic influenced new age album.

September top listens 5x5. There was a lot of melancholy in my listens. That latest from Sigh is getting a lot of play as well.

We made it to day 1 of my favorite month/time of the year. October is here and this means the leaves change, the horror movies kick in for me, the music turns to autumn playlists, and I am just stupidly giddy with excitement.

Lots going on over here. My time on the bench at work is over as of Oct 1st as I got on to a project. Where my anxiety was concern over not finding a project, now I am having a full blown panic attack over having a project now. Will I be good enough for the role? #MajorAnxiety

I have talked about being on the bench at work, which means I am between projects. It has been 9 weeks of no interviews and this morning I get a ping to send my one-page resume over. Looks like someone is interested in me for a project. This is putting me in a pretty good mood.

Yep, so the decision is that my Threads account was permanently disabled. What I did, or how it came to this, I no longer care. It is too bad I will lose contact with my friends over there, but what can you do when AI is the driving force for all of your decisions and it makes an incorrect one?

How do you determine that it is time to move on? The project I am on in my job, I feel I am no longer bringing any value. I have felt this way all month. I am trying to determine if this is a temporary lull or something more indicative of long term.
