I slept on a tatami mat with my Japanese futon mattress for 5 years before I retired it. Loved it. Especially since I could only afford to live in very small rooms.

I was diagnosed with Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) at 17 and prescribed birth control to treat it. A decade and some years later I now take Testosterone to treat my gender dysphoria and in turn it actually treats my PCOS too cuz now I don’t menstruate. I still get cysts tho ugh
