MC @abukari.bsky.social · 15/11/2024I think teams play split field coverages for example them playing cover 4 (quads) on one side and cover 2 on the other side. What I’m less sure of is what the 2 fists or the 1 fist down signals mean. In the video I talked about it maybe being the specific tech the CB plays (2 fists = soft squat). 110
