#inktober 8, "stinky" I am not doing great at the consistency for Inktober but I am definitely learning things from trying a more ink-adjacent style at least.

Fairly detailed ish black-and-white pixel art of a single untied sneaker.

A relic for #inktober - the captain's antique laser pistol from #SpaceStation14.

Black-on-white pixel art of a ray gun with a probably excessive amount of dithered shading.

Gonna do 1-bit pixel art for #inktober. Here's an apple.

...and here's the same composite but not so tiny and fuzzy, oops.

Thirty three pixel art drawings, each 24x24 pixels, all in the same palette. The last two are labelled Bonus!

And with those done, here's all of my August #pixel_dailies together! Spoilered because it has both the spider people.

110

Absotively @absotively.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

And I also wanted to try a slightly less spidery and more human-ish arachnid #SpaceStation14 character, so here's @dddragoni.bsky.social's Clara Materia. Spoilered because she is still fairly spidery.

Blocky pixel art portrait of a person with green skin, multiple sets of eyes, small spider-y mouth parts, and green spikes instead of hair. She has very round shoulders and is wearing some kind blue button down.

I'm taking a bit of a pixel dailies break for September, but I did want to do a couple more things with the palette and resolution I was using for August. First up, Ace Winters again but I've practiced drawing human faces a little bit.

Blocky pixel art portrait of a man with very pale eyes and dark messy hair. He is wearing a white shirt and a striped grey winter scarf. He has a friendly yet concerning expression.

A tree branch #stretched towards the sky for Monday's #pixel_dailies. I changed the density of my pencil brush by accident earlier this month, so for this I experimented with changing it on purpose. @pixeldailies.bsky.social @pixelorama.bsky.social Palette: lospec.com/palette-list...

For #pixel_dailies today I drew Android: Netrunner's Eli 2.0, a barrier - or in Original Netrunner terms, a #wall @pixeldailies.bsky.social @pixelorama.bsky.social Palette: lospec.com/palette-list...

Blocky pixel art portrait of a pale young man or teenage boy with very pale blue eyes and long black hair blowing in the wind. He is smirking slightly. The background is blue with flowing pink swirls.

Today for #pixel_dailies I've drawn Ace Winters, a #SpaceStation14 with somewhat #jumbled memories belonging to Lettuce. Humans are hard to draw, maybe I should stick with lizard and insect people... @pixeldailies.bsky.social @pixelorama.bsky.social Palette: lospec.com/palette-list...

Blocky pixel art portrait of a pale man with pale eyes, curly black hair, and a guarded expression. He is wearing a striped scarf around his neck.

A nice #woodshop workbench for #pixel_dailies; bonus points if you can identify which woodworking youtube channel I've been watching @pixeldailies.bsky.social @pixelorama.bsky.social Palette: lospec.com/palette-list...

Blocky pixel art of a wooden workbench. A face vise on the left end has a single offset screw; there is a drawer in the middle; there is a single pixel planing stop behind the vise; and there is a tool well at the back of the bench.

Absotively @absotively.bsky.social · 14/08/2026

And now for #pixel_dailies for today! Still on a #SpaceStation14 kick, so I drew the Ripley APLU, which is kind of like the supply department's #carriage if you think about it. @pixeldailies.bsky.social @pixelorama.bsky.social a.bsky.social Palette: lospec.com/palette-list/apollo

Blocky pixel art of a blocky yellow-orange robot with a cockpit for a pilot at the top and large clamps for hands.

Last past-due #pixel_dailies for today is an arachnid #SpaceStation14 character who works in the #supplies department. CW: SPIDER I mean it it's very spidery. @pixeldailies.bsky.social @pixelorama.bsky.social Palette: lospec.com/palette-list...

Blocky pixel art of a green anthropomorphic spider. Its head is not very anthropomorphic, but it is standing upright and wearing clothes. It has four beady eyes and large dull blue mouth parts with fangs.

And I'm immediately behind again on #pixel_dailies. Here's a #window for Sunday, though. I've started on a target for yesterday but I'm going to have to come back to it later I think. @pixeldailies.bsky.social

Blocky pixel art of a round porthole through which can be seen an orange-y gas giant planet and several stars.

Tried to draw the Blue #Dolphin for #pixel_dailies; I think I got the essence of Wikipedia's picture of her under sail. @pixeldailies.bsky.social @pixelorama.bsky.social Palette: lospec.com/palette-list...

Blocky greyscale pixel art of a small schooner under sail.

Y'know what, sure. Here's Lindsie in a rather racier picture than usual. #nsfwoc #pixelart

Blocky pixel art of a short, nude, pale-skinned woman with blond hair and a beard. She is facing away from the viewer and towards the right, and looking at the viewer over her shoulder. She is standing on the ball of her left foot and her right leg is bent behind her at the knee. Her arms are crossed in front of her and one pixel of boob is visible above her left arm. Probably this description has more details than the image, it really is very blocky. She would be winking but the image is so blocky I left out her facial features.

#pixel_dailies catch-up time for me. First off, a #daydream of a character I've been drawing in a lot of dailies. This is her fiance! @pixeldailies.bsky.social @pixelorama.bsky.social Palette: lospec.com/palette-list...

Blocky pixel art portrait of a blue anthropomophic canine dude with rather large ears and pale cyan eyes. He is wearing a white shirt with purple trim.

Continuing my tendency towards #SpaceStation14 themed #pixel_dailies, here is a tasty product from Donk Co., which seems to have a near-monopoly on microwaveable convenience foods in NanoTrasen space. @pixeldailies.bsky.social @pixelorama.bsky.social Palette: lospec.com/palette-list...

Blocky pixel art of a pale blue cardboard box with the word "Donk!" and a rectangular meat pastry with a bite taken out of it on the front.

And here's all my #pixel_dailies for July in one place! I made my own palette for this month. After a month there's definitely things I would change but it's definitely workable, so I'm pretty happy with how this turned out.

1170

Absotively @absotively.bsky.social · 31/07/2026

Still on a #SpaceStation14 kick, today's #pixel_dailies theme made me think of the #industrial reagent grinder. But I do find it pretty similar in appearance to the recycler, so I drew a completely different industrial grinder instead.

Blocky pixel art of a large grinder. The round grinding mechanism is painted bright red and is mounted on a grey cabinet. A large hopper feeds into it.

Absotively @absotively.bsky.social · 31/07/2026

I'm a bit late with this for #pixel_dailies, so I've doubled the theme - Raina has #twisted her hair into a bun and then #twisted sideways so we can see it clearly. @pixeldailies.bsky.social @pixelorama.bsky.social

Blocky pixel art of a figure with blue skin and hair facing left. Her hair is in a bun. She is wearing a grey jumpsuit and a yellow vest.

The #SpaceStation14 cryopods are kind of like a #hotel, sort of, so I made an alternate design of one with a sideways cover for #pixel_dailies. And I added a handy status light! @pixeldailies.bsky.social @pixelorama.bsky.social

Blocky pixel art of a blue bed-like object with a concave sleeping surface and a green cylindrical cover ready to close over it. The status light is glowing a mildly ominous yellow. There is a fluffy white pillow.
