I suspect, hope, that this will give them data they’ll need to shout down investor demands for it. Perhaps I’m being too charitable, but It won’t matter if we don’t give them the data showing we don’t want it encroaching even further on our livelihoods. They need to know they’ll be hurt by it too.

I already am losing nights of sleep from stuff coming up irl, both personal and political and I have noticed signs that point towards my mental health getting worse again and I am basically trying to limit my exposure to try to literally want to stay alive. That sounds harsh, but it's sadly true.

I think she's too blue-eyed on what ChatGPT is actually capable of at this state? She claims she's been in seminars about the usage if AI tools but... She knows I'm not a big fan, too. If one could use ChatGPT for refinement at least but I heard it's not suitable for that either, so... yeah.

My coach told me that for writing my application(s), she will 100% have us try chatgpt as well and I am sitting here like: "... Can't you, you know, coach me in which level of formality is best, which expressions to avoid or go for, how to best structure it...?" That would actually help. 🙃
