I love jays. When we lived in Portland, I would put peanuts out on our balcony for the scrub jays and soon enough this one scrub jay would come to the balcony and call until I brought peanuts out.

Excellent piece. I was in college when this came out and I loved it, probably at least partly because it was so different from the Blue Album but definitely because I was filled with overwrought emotion at the time. It’s still at least tied with Blue for my favorite Weezer album.
