Oakland should lobby HCD to strictly enforce, and/or just sue themselves for any weak response, when SF inevitably triggers their housing element circuit breaker. Massive loss to Oakland from this exported demand. Could have been affordable to 80% AMI, now it's above 110% AMI.

This mid-density in downtown in nice, but the city is still wildly resistant to density on the vast majority of its land, because those are the off limits residential neighborhoods. Example, the city gave Habitat millions to build this low density nonsense right next to the PH Bart.
