The absolute tiniest anole I've ever seen. & I've seen A LOT of anoles. 2nd pic for scale; the leaf s/he was perched on was barely bigger than the end of my finger, & I have small hands, too. 😄🥹💚 #anole #baby #outside #garden

When I tell you the first coupla ripe figs were extra large, I mean they were BIG! The rest of the figs are still "normal" size, & nowhere near ready, so it'll be interesting to see if they super grow as they ripen, too. #fig #figtree #garden #gardening #homegrown

Omg, lookit what I just found floating around my backyard! 🌱🦋 I'm so excited!!! I prolly can't plant it right now (& it very well may not sprout when I do), but I was so hyped to share my good fortune, I haven't even looked it up yet. 😄 Squee! #milkweed #seed #monarchbutterfly #garden #freeplants

There are ~½ a dozen moon flowers set to bloom tonight & I'd just LOVE to record it. Recently I was outside at the exact moment 3 of them opened & it was absurdly delightful. 🤍 I'm hoping to set up my little tripod & catch it with my phone! 🤞🏻 #garden #gardening #moonflower #datura #flowers

My favorite little succulent is blooming again, & has a new friend year. 🩷💛🧡 Saw a different color variety out & about, grabbed a few seeds, threw them in a pot & kept it in the greenhouse over the winter, & sure enough, here she is! Yay!!! #portulaca #flowers #garden #gardening

I lost ~½ my hair in the 2 yrs I had gallstones & now that I've had no gallbladder for ~1½ yrs, this is my favorite trick when I wear it straight. 😆 If I hold the ends & shake, all the new growth falls away from the longer, old growth, like a whole 2nd, much shorter head of hair mixed into my hair!

Documenting my hydrangea before fertilizing. Got it for mother's day last year & I'm excited it made it thru its first winter. She has 3 flower clusters, in 3 different shades, & I'm curious about changes now that I've acidified her soil. 🩷💜🩵 #flowers #hydrangea #garden #gardening #spring

Lol'ing @ how I <3 making things harder for myself. Overwhelmed by variegation combinations, I finally took a breath & decided on solid colors. Are the variegated ones lovely? Absolutely! But do I need the added mental anguish of them? Hell naw. #crochet #handmade #primrose #applique #mentalhealth

Day 5 (yesterday) & perfectly delicious! Except that one mung bean sprout. It seems like it really wants to be a plant, so I'ma plant it. alfalfa, radish, green lentil, mung bean, & broccoli / black oil sunflower #sprouts #homegrown #seedtherapy #gardening #indoorgardening

I'ma try growing some sprouts in some jars. The 5-part mix includes alfalfa, radish, mung bean, green lentil, & broccoli sprouts. Got some microgreen seeds, too, but haven't decided on a setup for those, yet. #homegrown #seeds #seedtherapy #gardening #indoorgardening
