I ran another TTRPG one shot session of Cairn using Rise of the Blood Olms. Wonderful adventure! Full review here: abekin.bearblog.dev/blood-olms/

Thanks for writing and illustrating it. Really fun dungeon and fantastic art. I picked up Bloodhoney and I'm excited to give that one a run too!

I finally ran a session of Cairn, using Praise Be, God of Filth. It rocked. Fun system and module. abekin.bearblog.dev/praise-be/

Porky Pig is a great touchstone, I love it. I had New Jersey mobster troglodytes in my last adventure and it was fantastic.

That's awesome! Are you aiming to breed them? I've been out of the hobby for quite a while. Is captive breeding going well for this species?

I used the difficulty selection tools to take minimum damage and do maximum to see the end. That final fight was to much for me. End credits song is great

Super Mario World and Link to the Past immediately come to mind but Infernax is the most recent. You beat it and you get a code for a new twist on play. It's great!

I love the video game maps! I have a cloth map of Ruins of Kunark (and several Tabletop RPG maps) that really need to go up on the wall. I have a cloth map of Moonring's Caldera right next to my PC that is so nice to look at.

I feel this so hard. The stories I love do not seem to make to games. The Craft books are top tier to me and I was thrilled/pained to learn Dead Hand Rule wasn't an ending.

I just finished playing Siderius Plug's Spine Immortality in Ninety-nine Endnotes (or SPINE) and really enjoyed it. I had a few very minor quibbles but overall delighted in a playspace of narrative and book braided so intentionally. A great solo #TTRPG experience!
