Gosh, I really don't know how my diaper made it through the night. I woke up to find myself pottying, so I reached down to check on things only to find that I was (and still am) absolutely soaked. The bedwetter life has me all sorts of blushy rn 😳

For most adults, the age of onset of OAB is 40-45 years old. For people on the autism spectrum, they can get it at any age, and some have incontinence their whole lives. But an autistic person is 6 times as likely to have OAB by age 40 as someone in their twenties. ADHD multiplies the risk too

Lie face down on a bed or soft rug with a pillow under your lower abdomen. Pull one knee up toward your chest. Inhale deeply through your nose to expand your belly against the pillow. Exhale slowly through your mouth. Keep this posture and your deep breathing for 15 to 20 minutes. Avoid pushing.
