En product management, forma parte esencial de tu trabajo priorizar. Elegir qué cosas hay que hacer y qué cosas NO hay que hacer. Decir que "sí" a algo solo para no molestar a un stakeholder relevante sería fallar en tu trabajo. Recuérdate esto hasta el infinito.
