🐝 New paper! Do infected honey bees smell different from healthy ones? We found that infection by the gut parasite Vairimorpha spp. changes the volatile compounds emitted by adult honey bees - the first evidence that infected adults develop distinct volatile profiles. doi.org/10.1002/ece3...
