The depth of the shame of a country this wealthy and abundant allowing its people to go hungry is impossible to measure. The fact that a handful of people could fix this by paying their fair share of taxes while still remaining obscenely wealthy makes it even worse.

just got my @aarktica.bsky.social No Solace In Sleep reissue test pressing in the mail! thank you so much Jon. truly a classic album, dear to me for a long time, and hugely influential on how i developed as a guitarist i hope all my friends have a listen

a TEST PRESSING vinyl next to a regular vinyl, both of Aarktica No Solace In Sleep. the test pressing has a bunch of text intended for Jon about how to review and accept your test pressing from the vinyl maker

the regular album is a horizontal bar of blue at top and bottom, with an out of focus photography in the middle, what seems to be land, but a fuzzy black shape to the horizon, then above it what seems to be cloudy sky. a figure stands near the left, a black fuzzy blog interrupting the sky but blending seamlessly with the land. the figure appears to be a man taking a photograph
