When I started getting people to try my product, I used cold DMs—but only with people I’d built some relationship with by engaging with their content. It felt natural, not spammy, like talking to a friend. Best part? They signed up, shared feedback, and made it worthwhile!

Here’s how I break down my goals to make them more manageable: - Target users: 500 - Timeframe: 3 months - Daily goal: 5 users/day Focusing on just 5 users a day makes the target feel much less overwhelming. Have you tried breaking your goals down like this? #buildinpublic
