much like seeing the most hilarious thing ever, nutmeg clutches their stomach and reels back with laughter ( sounding much like ringing bells ); tears dramatically wiped away with a padded finger. straighten up, you dog. ruffling headwings. extending a hand out, turning palm up- offering candy!🍭

the tail of this angel is wagging, hands clapping before itself as the seraph things— making little jingles and squeaks ! ring ring 🎶 🔔 pointing at him, then making a gesture ! one to imply something rather raunchy !

a sigh, heavy and hot, enough to fan some hair that had fallen before its eyes in improper way. arms dangle as the angel begins to slide itself toward the edge of the cloud. wings folding slow- til covering faded eyes. a tired squeaky noise, eventually letting out a quiet murmur of incoherent words

nutmeg was very glad to see their friend was happy enjoying the performances put on in the tent ! they clap to a gentle song inside their head , smiling. headwings occasionally twitching with suppressed enthusiasm !

the two were seated inside the main event tent, outside the distant howl of laughter and yelling cheers of fun are muffled by flaps. in the tent, settled in the middle of a large circle- begins the acts of angels dressed similarly to nutmeg ! a tad lower on the rank , but clownish and performing !

oh , nutmeg adores their new friend ! a nod, quick and aimed- they are more than happy to show him a carnival. and what better than the angels own choir ! a happy chirp and chitter escape when the two are suddenly in the middle of descending bleachers, nutmeg gesturing for him to sit ! 🎪

as opposed to the normal warmth of the angels fur, there was now a cold stone feeling when the hand even barely brushes. as the seraph flinches away. expression once shocked now flashes into pained betrayal — floating stature drops and unused paws connect first with the floor, then collapse to knee

a squeak of surprise ! the angel has met many who have never been to one though, so it offers a kind forgiving smile. a nod of head as well, as if to visually wave away the apology. it holds the silly fella close in gentle embrace, not caring he has never been to a carnival.

the blues of eyes lose some of the brightness , wings that had stalled now droop down - feathers and fluff alike begin to slowly peel back and fall to the ground. hands come in front of itself, fingers intertwined. chest rising in heavy breath and hold. tears begin.

overjoyed ! nutmeg accepts the hug from the small critter , tail wagging with excitement - careful to not squish . squeaks and yips , jingling bell noises sound off as appreciation !

the angels smells the scent of willful lying. its eyes narrow, headwings grow still- no flinch or pulse of life. they stare. silent and judging, a newfound emotion washing over the seraph. overwhelming and strange.

the angels headwings flutter with delight to seeing the other enjoy the treat ! feet kicking and hands flexing with emotions . nutmeg closes eyes. sticks out tongue. and blows a silly raspberry. acknowledging the others name !

nutmeg wiggles its nose a bit , just a sign of enjoyment - paw feet kicking in the air as it floats ! bending at the waist ; waving hand and summoning in a puff of pink a delightfully comical shaped stick of cotton candy. to the other the angel offers this confectionary treat.

ah , see - the angel is quite addicted to little bundles of joy being displayed . its like , a total angel thing to love them ! so holding them over its head is torture .. the seraphs cheeks puff out. wings spread and almost attempt intimidating look. squeaking - yipping and yapping.

the clown-ish angel appears at the mention of a carnival ! it waves hands in the air as if to draw attention of any nearby , conquering up confetti from thin air — the scent of freshly popping popcorn overwhelms !

the angel furrows its brows and scrunches its nose up , wings upon head folding - twitching - fore a few jingles of bell escape. nutmeg smiles. hands clasped neatly in front itself. shake head.
