#Crosstober2026 Day 13: All Shapes and Sizes Everyone needs to wait for the bus, regardless of their size 🤭☔️ Decided to redraw that one iconic moment from Ghibli's My Neighbor #Totoro, but now there's Tsuyu Asui from #MHA and Clank from #RatchetAndClank 🚌

Digital color illustration; a redraw of a scene from Studio Ghibli's 'My Neighbor Totoro'.

Exterior forest road bus stop with dark, murky woods in the background, heavy raining.

Clank the robot from Ratchet & Clank games; Tsuyu Asui from My Hero Academia and Totoro stand side by side, waiting for the bus. Clank and Tsuyu are wearing Mei and Satsuki's clothes from the film; Clank with a pale blue raincoat, and Tsuyu with a yellow shirt, orange dress and suspenders and pale rubber boots. She has a green umbrella in hand. Clank and Tsuyu are holding hands with Tsuyu's tip of tongue sticking out.

The two are looking at Totoro who has an empty stare as it just looks forward. It has a dark grey umbrella in hand and a green leaf hat.

#Crosstober2026 Day 10: Mana and Matter Vivi got to drive the Magitek armor and.. oops! 🙈 Even though both are involved in magic, Terra from #FF6 and Vivi from #FF9 have quite different sources for their powers - Terra born with magic, and Vivi, well... play the game to know more! 😉

Digital colour illustration featuring Terra Branford from Final Fantasy 6 and Vivi Ornitier from Final Fantasy 9.

Exterior grassy plains with mountains in the distance. Terra and Vivi in the foreground; Terra sitting with her knees up and Vivi lying on his stomach. Behind them is the Magitek Armor from FF6, collapsed and broken in pieces, smoke rising from it.

Vivi looks at Terra, blushing from embarrassment, giving her a thumbs up to indicate that everything's alright. Terra looks at him and laughs heartily, a few happy tears in the corners of her eyes.

Ha, I've not seen MAD in ages and wasn't aware of this clip! 😆 To be fair I was half-expecting such a collaboration of the three to exist already, such iconic apes! 🤭

Also some close-ups 🔍 I enjoy every film Jean Reno's in, so drawing him was a treat - naturally had to include an alt without Léon's iconic sunglasses 😎 And Yor looking menacing as always 😰 Tried using for the first time those CSP built-in 3D mannequins for posing. An okay feature I guess 🤔

#Crosstober2026 Day 9: Hired Hits Someone gave both of them the same "client" by mistake, oops..! Luckily Yor aka Thorn Princess from #SpyXFamily and Léon from Luc Besson's 1994 film #TheProfessional both know it's part of the job to improvise - also good manners regardless of the situation!

Digital colour illustration featuring Yor Forger from Spy X Family and Jean Reno's character Léon from the 1994 Luc Besson film "The Professional".

Interior apartment living room. High-angle shot of the room. Yor is wearing her assassin's dress. Léon has his usual long wool overcoat and beanie.

Yor, aka Thorn Princess, and Léon are having a stand-off with their weapons drawn; Yor with her golden stilettos at hand and Léon with a pistol pointing at Yor. Between them, tied on a chair, is a distressed-looking man, a "client" for both of them.

On both sides of the drawing are front-view close-ups of both their faces. Yor has a menacing stare, her face with a hard shadow as she greets Léon.
Y:"Hello, Cleaner."

León has a deadpan expression, wearing his iconic round sunglasses as he acknowledges Yor.
L: "Thorn Princess."

#Crosstober2026 Day 5: Legends of the Groove If #KingdomHearts had Final Fantasy worlds and we'd visit #FF9 , #Goofy and Sylvia Marpole from An Extremely Goofy Movie could've had a dance-off with Freya Crescent and Sir Fratley in Cleyra - of course doing the Pulp Fiction dance! 🕺💃

Digital colour illustration featuring characters from Kingdom Hearts, Disney's An Extremely Goofy Movie and Final Fantasy 9.

Interior Cleyra cathedral main room from Final Fantasy 9, sunny weather outside and crowd gathered in the background.

In the foreground on the wooden "dance floor", Freya Crescent and Sir Fratley from Final Fantasy 9; and Goofy and Sylvia Marpole from An Extemely Goofy Movie are having a dancing contest, both pairs doing the iconic dance from the movie Pulp Fiction.

Sylvia and Goofy are wearing their disco outfits, with their shoes removed, same as Uma Thurman and John Travolta in the movie. Goofy has a hole in his sock, and his ears are tied to a "ponytail", similar to Travolta's character.

Freya and Fratley have their gear, coats and hats removed. All four are smiling happily with their eyes closed.

In the background Sora, Donald and Kairi from Kingdom Hearts are cheering for Goofy, accompanied by Vivi Ornitier from Final Fantasy 9.

#Crosstober2026 Day 3: Alien Invaders Vegeta from #DragonBall decides to skip the formalities and just wants to destroy Earth, meanwhile Lum from #UruseiYatsura has another opinion.. 🤭

Digital mock-up manga page, resembling Akira Toriyama's style, featuring Vegeta from Dragon Ball and Lum from Urusei Yatsura.

Exterior rocky wasteland with only the wind howling. Vegeta stands alone on the fields. Next we cut to an extreme close-up of Vegeta, gritting his teeth and growling under teary eyes.

Next, he forms a round energy projectile above his head, shouting angrily, "That's it! I'll destroy this entire planet!"

His shouting continues off-screen, meanwhile we cut to a close-up of long, dark hair moving at high-speed. "Everything gone in one big blast!"

Next we see a close-up of tiger-striped boots while Vegeta yells his last regards, "So long!!"

Bottom of page: large, watercoloured panel with red background. Lum has finally arrived with a purple energy stream with blue lightning surrounding her. Her mouth is comically large as she shouts back at Vegeta who looks surprised.

Clockwerk stands in his massive, metallic owl body, his wings spread and eyes glowing yellow. His beak has a smile as he is discussing with Scar who is seated in front of him.

Scar, much smaller that Clockwerk, sits with his back turned to Clockwerk, head turned to him with a raised brow and a wicked smile on his face.

#Crosstober2026 Day 1: Heralds of Hope Came across a crossover-focused art challenge! Yuna from #FFX is expected to bring hope to Spira, meanwhile one of Aragorn's names in #lotr is Estel which literally means 'Hope' so I reckoned he'd come and share some encouraging words to the young summoner 🤓

Digital short comic featuring characters from Final Fantasy X and The Lord of the Rings.

Panel 1: Simple green backdrop. Yuna is sitting on the grass with her back turned. Auron, one of his guardians, arrives, calling her by name. Yuna quickly turns her head in surprise.

Panel 2: Auron gestures with his hand at a dark stranger standing next to him, smiling under his collar.
"There's someone I'd like you to meet. An old fiend."

Panel 3. Close-up of Yuna's face as she looks up at the stranger with awe in her eyes and the air around her; sparkling in hues of pink and orange.
"Lady Yuna. Your path is filled with sorrow, but as long as you have hope, your lands will heal."

Bottom: frameless illustration of Aragorn from Lord of the Rings, standing in front of Yuna, offering a warm smile and words of encouragement. He gently holds her hand in both of his. Yuna appears surprised while her back is turned.

"Similar to a king's, the hands of a summoner are also the hands of a healer."

Never bought a DLC so fast as Radical Reptiles! 🤭 The only small nitpick I have is the default skin colour; while making this I kept missing the green they have in the cartoons / comics, especially the green Mona has! 🙏 So different from Raph's.. but in-game they more or less look the same! 😅

Happy 2 years to the Radical Reptiles DLC for #TMNT Shredder's Revenge! 🎉🦎 Such a fun last addition to the game! I'll never forget the first time playing as Mona, so much personality in those tiny pixels.. and arguably says her best line during the very first boss fight! 😆

Digital colour illustration / short comic featuring characters from TMNT: Shredder's Revenge, based on the 1987 cartoon.

Picture above: an illustrated scene based on the first level boss of the game. Channel 6 newsroom interior, with cables, boxes, studio lights and monitors in the background. Mona Lisa stands in the foreground with her back to the viewer, her fists raised and tail curled in a battle stance.

The mutant warthog Bebop stands towering in front of her, his black suit torn as he points at her angrily, shouting "Sign-off time!"
To the left, behind a large glass screen, Raphael the turtle appears distressed as he keeps looking at the beginning fight, hands and snout pressed against the glass.

Lower panels:

Torso shot of Mona Lisa looking upwards with a smug expression, addressing Bebop. "The news doesn't SUIT you, Bebop!", her quote from the game.

Next panel features a blurry close-up of Raphael's head, shaking from excitement, the kidnapped Vernon Fenwick behind him with a confused expression.
"AAAAAAAAAAA!!! Did you see that?!? She made a joke!"

Had a good opportunity to try a style I've wanted to test for a long time! 2012 #TMNT 's April has found a small forest pond near the farmhouse; there she can think about what she's learned - about herself especially 😰 Made for this year's #TMNTember Day 15: April (and Day 2: Forest)

Digital pencil and watercolour illustration featuring April O'Neil from the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles show, made in the style of a 1913 painting by John Bauer.

Dark and murky forest backdrop with few pale tree trunks barely visible in the distance. In the foreground two tall trees grow beside a calm forest pond, also framing the picture. In the middle on a small patch of grass sits April in a kneeling position. Her face is looking downwards and her hands rest on her shoulders.

In the reflection of the water in front of her, we see a different April with four Kraang tentacles coming from the back of her head. Her hair is pointing up and her eyes are bright as her psychic powers seem to have taken over. Her reflection has a white illuminating aura around her.

Digital colour illustration featuring Princess Zelda and Link from the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Donkey Kong and Pauline from Donkey Kong Bananza.

Link stands in a leaning position as he has a closer look at the ocarina Zelda is holding in her hand. He has a wondering expression with a question mark symbol above him. Zelda smiles with a wink as she raises a finger as she's preparing for the music lesson.

Little Pauline stands with one hand extended towards Zelda and one hand on her hip as she looks up at Donkey Kong with an angry expression, yelling something at him. Donkey Kong looks at Pauline apologetically, a few drops of sweat flying off him.

A silly #TMNT crossover idea 🤭 Been thinking about the new Teeny Turtles shorts and if they could travel to other dimensions, the 1987 one in this case! Visitors from the Teeny dimension are a handful so Raphael has to call for help... Too bad Mona has no idea what's waiting for her! 🙈

Digital color short comic featuring characters from the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon and the 2026 Teeny Turtles shorts. Page 1 of 2; four-panel page.

Panel 1:
Interior; underground lair with a red brick wall in the background. The '87 cartoon's Turtle Communicator is ringing on a dark wooden table, and someone nearby is caught by surprise.

Panel 2:
Mona Lisa from the 1987 TMNT cartoon picks up the Turtlecom and answers. She looks at the screen with a fond smile. Raphael the turtle is calling.

Dialogue:
R: "Mona!"
M: "Hi, Raph! What's up?"
R: I need some help and I was just thinking about you..!"
M: "Awwh~ Okay, Red, what is it?"

Panel 3:
Mona stands with a surprised expression on her face as their conversation continues.

Dialogue:
R: "... I need you to look after our cousins."
M: "Cousins?! Since when??"
R: "From another dimension, okay? Me and the guys need to go find the Technodrome. Then we can send them back later."
M: "And you can't just send them back home now, because..?"

Panel 4:
Closeup of the Turtlecom's front, with Raphael's head visible on the video monitor. He rolls his eyes nervously as he bites his lower lip. Mona Lisa's hand shivers from the reveal.

Dialogue:
R: "Hehe... Well, it's almost their bedtime."
M: "Bedtime?!?! What--"
R: "Listen! You need to babysit them for a while! Few hours, tops! You'll be fine! And besides..."

Digital short comic, page 2; a colour illustration.

Interior; the 1987 TMNT's sewer lair living room with a brick wall in the background and concrete floor with a dark wooden coffee table on the left side.

Mona Lisa sits on the floor in a slumped, exhausted position with her legs spread, leaning on her arms. She looks at the viewer with a tired expression, a single tear in her eye. She is covered in multiple crayon scribbles and a colourful makeup, including lipstick.

Donatello and Michelangelo from the Teeny Turtles are using Mona's tail to jump rope, with Mikey jumping. Teeny Raphael is sitting on Mona's thigh and looks up at her with an excited expression. Teeny Leonardo is standing on the coffee table's edge and uses Mona's hair to make origami cranes.

'87 Raphael's last words from his call can be heard: "... What could go wrong?"

Dialogue:
Leonardo: "... And done! 10 paper-free hair origami cranes!"
Michelangelo & Donatello: "31, 32, 33, 34, 35..!"
Raphael: "Gee, auntie Mona! You think our world has a Mona for me?
Hey, auntie Mona! You could visit our lair! We could bake pizzas together.
